At Foiled Again, we are committed to providing high-quality hair and beauty services to all our clients. We take great care to ensure every customer is satisfied with their experience. The following outlines our refund and resolution policy, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. No Refunds on Services
Please note that we do not offer refunds for services once they have been provided. This includes, but is not limited to, haircuts, colour treatments, styling, and all beauty services.
2. Time Management and Appointment Duration
We aim to complete all services within the estimated time frame discussed or specified in the online booking . However, as hair and beauty services can vary depending on individual hair or skin type, condition, or unforeseen circumstances, we kindly request that customers allow extra time for their appointment, where necessary.
Foiled Again accepts no responsibility if an appointment takes longer than reasonably expected due to service complexity or unforeseen circumstances.
