Appointment Policy

At Foiled Again Salon, we value your time and strive to deliver a seamless and satisfying salon experience. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, please read and understand our appointment policy below:

1. Booking Appointments

Appointments can be made online through our booking platform or by calling the salon directly. To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking.

2. Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required for all bookings and will be applied toward your total service cost on the day.

Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time or in the case of a no-show.

Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice to retain your deposit.

3. Pricing Policy

Prices shown during online booking or booking over the phone are estimates only and may vary depending on:

• The actual length and thickness of your hair
• The current condition of your hair (e.g., damage, colour build-up, previous chemical treatments)
• Any changes to the service requested during the appointment
• Additional time or product required to achieve the desired result
• Use of premium or specialised treatments or colours

A final quote will be provided during your consultation prior to commencing the service.

4. Running Late

If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation with loss of deposit.

5. No-Show Policy

Clients who miss their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted future bookings.
